Every hour of work (cleaning, refilling glaze, rolling slabs, pugging clay, throwing pots, glazing projects, loading kilns, etc.) earns an equal hour of open studio (like a membership) for creating your own ceramic work; clay, glaze, and kiln-firings included! The studio is often fast-paced and the duties can be laborious, so we are looking for reliable, hard working individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. It can also be relaxing, fun, and provides a great sense of community. Anyone who likes to work and be around others in a creative environment should inquire further.
