Join us for a special potter’s wheel session focused on throwing one-piece lidded jars. It’s the perfect way to make lidded jars all in one throw-- no measuring required! We’ll work with 2-5 pounds of G Mix with grog -- clay included! Jamie will guide you through essential techniques for coning, shaping, measuring, and refining your walls for thinner, more elegant results. A demonstration of cutting the lid will be provided one week later. Storing, trimming, and glazing guidance will also be provided upon request. This one-time session will be held in the Community Clay Studio, suite 206. Includes clay, glaze, and 2 kiln firings.
