Please review the cancellation and rescheduling policy listed in the description of the class, course, or workshop you booked. Because we offer a wide variety of classes, courses, and workshops, our cancellation and rescheduling policies vary depending on the type of event. Some offerings have no specific cancellation restrictions, while others have deadlines that determine eligibility for full refunds, partial refunds, or rescheduling credits. Certain classes may not allow refunds or credits for missed sessions. Important Information: Cancellation deadlines: Refund and rescheduling eligibility depend on the specific policy for your booked class or event. Gift certificates: Bookings made with gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling restrictions as other payment methods. Missed classes: Missed sessions may not be eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up opportunities, depending on the class.
